Happy Thanksgiving 2016!

I was thinking of you today and wondering how you’re doing on this Thanksgiving Day.  I’m taking a quick break from preparing our meal for tonight to check in to see what you’re grateful for this year.  There is so much I’m thankful for, though my top things are:


  1. Family and friends: They are a huge source of inspiration and love and joy!
  2. Community: This includes YOU! I love my ever-growing and expanding community of like-minded people for connection, friendship, and learning about how to live a happier and healthier life!
  3. A safe place to live and work: I’m very thankful for our military and local law enforcement for their commitment to protecting our safety and livelihoods.
  4. Access to clean water and healthy food: I’m super grateful for enough clean water to drink daily and for our connections with local farms for healthier food choices.  I’m also very thankful to be able to host Thanksgiving with our family this year!


I celebrate and appreciate these not only today, though every day! I hope you can take some time to yourself today to reflect and breathe and express your gratitude.
